The KhanomBazar (meaning “Women’s Marketplace” in Dari) is a directory of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that is run by Afghanistan-based women. The platform has been established to support women entrepreneurs by enhancing digital visibility, promoting financial inclusion, strengthening market access, and facilitating participation of women-owned businesses in digital and e-commerce ecosystems across Afghanistan.
Khanom Bazar website has been developed by Alternative Spectrum Consulting with the support from UN Women Afghanistan as part of its Women’s Economic Empowerment initiative in Afghanistan.
